Terms of Service

1. Description of Services
Axilyn provides remote digital administrative support and consulting services, including but not limited to: virtual assistance, scheduling, data entry, customer support, social media posting, and administrative support. All services are delivered online through email, chat, cloud-based tools, and video calls.
2. Service Engagement
Services are initiated upon client request through our website, email, or direct communication. Each engagement is defined by a clear scope of work, timeline, and pricing, which must be agreed upon before work begins. No work is performed without prior confirmation from the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery. This includes task descriptions, relevant access credentials, and any materials needed to complete the requested work. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information may affect delivery timelines.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Clients are billed per session, per hour, per request, or via subscription plan as agreed upon. Payment is required before or at the time of service delivery. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Multiple charges may appear in a single day when multiple services or add-ons are requested.
5. Service Delivery
Services are delivered remotely within the agreed-upon timeframe, typically same-day to 3 business days depending on scope and complexity. Delivery confirmation is provided upon completion of each service. Proof of delivery, including time logs, emails, and completed files, is maintained for all engagements.
6. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered. Refunds are only issued for services not rendered. Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete services on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page for complete details.
7. Intellectual Property
All work product created during the course of service delivery belongs to the client upon full payment. Axilyn retains no ownership rights to client data or deliverables. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for internal improvement purposes only.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Client data is not shared with third parties except as necessary for service delivery (e.g., Stripe for payment processing). We employ industry-standard security measures to protect client information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Axilyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
