At Axilyn, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital administrative and consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our platform.
Services Delivered
Payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered. Because our services are performed remotely and delivered digitally, completed work cannot be returned. Each service engagement includes a clear scope of work that is agreed upon before work begins.
Services Not Rendered
Full refunds are available for services that have been paid for but not yet rendered. If we are unable to deliver a service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that specific service.
Incomplete Services
In cases where a service is partially completed, partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will be proportional to the portion of work not completed. We will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alixynservice@gmail.com. We will review your concern and work toward a satisfactory resolution, which may include re-delivery of the service or a partial credit toward future services.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email alixynservice@gmail.com with your name, the service in question, the date of payment, and a description of the issue. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Payment Processing
All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
